In April of 2024, I started working at iHeart Radio in Detroit, Michigan. 

There are 5 radio stations under the iHeart Detroit umbrella.

I have had the amazing privilege to go out to many different events, and represent 5 of the biggest radio stations in Detroit! 

The events I have worked are as follows: 

Jay's Juniors. (100.3)

Nickie Minaj Concert. (9.55/97.9)

Green Day Concert. (106.7)

Breaking & Entering. (9.55)

Sista Strut (92.3)

Home for the Holidays (97.9) 

Sometimes we work concerts, like Nicki Minaj, Green Day, Def Leppord, etc. 

Other times, we participate in community, and or, philantrhopy events. Such as: Sista Strut, Home for the Holidays, Jay's Juniors, and more. 

Other events include: The NFL Draft, Comedy Shows, concert ticket drop offs, and way more!

These are incredibly gratifying experiences. It is so cool to see how music, specifically radio, ties so many people together. Personally, I love hearing the stories of people explaining how radio has positively impacted their lives. 

Another aspect of working at iHeart Radio Detroit, is creating social media posts, specifically for their Instagram. Typically, the promotions team handles the stories for events and after each one, we are required to make a  reel.
